For years, Bethel Woods has been the community’s gathering spot focused on performing arts and culture. In fact, it has served the community through everything from children’s art programs to adult workshops and even concerts from greats like Elton John, Van Halen, Lady Gaga, and more. Like many other venues around the world, Bethel Woods shuttered its doors for many months because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Bethel Woods is now open for business and invites you back to enjoy all that it offers.

For the kids, there are summer camps focused on songwriting, theater, and more throughout the season. The museum is open for the Sensory-Friendly Museum Days on the second Saturday of each month for the rest of the year. This will be your chance to enjoy the special exhibit for 2021 that is entitled “Lights, Color, Fashion: Psychedelic Posters and Patterns of 1960s San Francisco.” You can also enjoy a wide range of other special events throughout the summer and beyond. These include an outdoor film series on the center’s lawn, a wine festival, a craft beer festival, a farm-to-table experience, a fine dining experience, and more.

Joining together to celebrate the arts understandably needed to take a backseat to social distancing during the height of the pandemic, but it is now time to come together once again. Now is a splendid time to check out the upcoming events planned for those of all ages at Bethel Woods and to make plans to enjoy those activities soon.
